PAX! [2022]ヽ(*・ω・)ﾉ

 Hi hi!

[9.3.22]

I went to PAX!
Well sort of...

I didn't actually go to the convention itself, but I stayed with
some friends at a hotel and hung "around" the convention center.

Around this time I had recently started reading Soul Sister magazines;
I am in love with them omg!

So I was feeling very inspired to finally attempt
some more oraora looks!

[Saturday Day 1]

During the day while everyone was at PAX,
me and my boyfriend went to get lunch!

He wanted Pizza really bad, but I really wanted
to get Tsukkemen.. so we got both!

The Tsukemen has a really nice broth!
It was a little sweeter than I'm used to!]

[I wasn't trying to be strange but I love
this older lady's style so much!]


After Lunch, I just chilled in the hotel room and
read some of my Soul Sister magazine

Once the convention center was closing, I went to join
some friends for drinking and dinner!

 We wandered around awhile trying to find
dinner at a place that could either fit all of us or didnt
have an insane wait time.

After traveling quite far, we finally settled on a
local burger place.
It was tasty!

We also went to the new re-vamped
arcade called Game Works!

I had a really tasty drink and we all played a
game where we drew popular characters only by memory
[It was very funny and horrible looking]

Afterwards I continued to party and chat
with friends late into the night!

[Saturday Day 2]

Day 2 we woke up pretty early and me, my boyfriend,
and some friends went to wander around Seattle
while everyone was at PAX.

We walked down to International district and I got to
browse through Uwajimaya again!


[I found a current day Popteen.
Kpop style is so popular, its hard to believe
this was ever a gal magazine]

This time I spent my time dedicated to finding maybe some
Umamusume manga.


THEN I FOUND IT!
Luckily there was a copy in the "New Releases" section
for Volume 8!


Since I had the binding and font for reference I found
the rest of them pretty quickly and was ecstatic!

I ended up buying Cinderella Gray Volume 1!
This purchase really made my entire weekend!

Turns out there's 2 other manga series too!
[I have a lot to catch up on1]

After that we headed back to the hotel and with great
timing because a small wind storm and some rain rolled in!

Once we settled back into the room I started getting ready for
a friends Karaoke Birthday Party later that night!

I really wanted to go for a 90's oldschool
kyabajou club look!

I hope it translated well!





Party Time!

It was really fun celebrating our friends
b-day and we ended the night singing 22 by Taylor Swift!

By the time I got back to the hotel, I was very drunk/hyper
while everyone else was tired and just got finished
partying! booo!!

Me and some friends had our super cute drinks
we got from Uwajimaya though!


It was just okay ww



[Sunday Day 3]

On Sunday I was pretty tired but said goodbye to some friends
and still got dressed cute because I felt like it.



We drove a friend back to the airport then me
and my boyfriend went went and got lunch
and walked around a park.

It was a really fun weekend  especially for not even
properly attending the event!
